Dinning Room Setup
We've set up a beautiful dining room with a captivating chandelier, a well-arranged table, and comfortable chairs. The window setting features a cozy window seating area adorned with graceful curtains, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings with loved ones.
Kitchen Renovation
The kitchen renovation involved cleverly incorporating a 39-inch wide fridge into the existing 32-inch wide cabinets by adding a 6-inch spice rack cabinet to fill the gap seamlessly. The shaker style look was enhanced with trims around the face of the base and upper cabinets. Smart decisions, like using a vent door that opens upwards for a custom-designed vent hood appearance, helped save costs without compromising on style. The island was extended to 8 feet, and custom-designed legs and trims were added to maintain proper circulation and create a visually appealing space. AShah Designs prides itself on making intelligent design choices even with budget constraints.

Living room renovation
In this living room design, the clients wanted a sophisticated and cozy adult conversation space with a fireplace. We created a wall structure to accommodate an electrical fireplace insert and a wall unit with shelves and cabinets, all designed to be within 12 inches deep. The addition of a ceiling structure and well-placed LED lights made the room appear larger than its actual size. With a family of six in mind, we arranged two chairs and an L-shaped sofa for comfortable seating, and carefully accessorized the space with curtains and vibrant colors, creating a welcoming and functional area in a limited 130-square-foot space.
AIRBNB Living Room Setup
During the living room makeover, we transformed the empty space by adding a fake wall with a fireplace and a large television. The room was rearranged to create a bookshelf ladder and a comfortable sitting area for the client's guests. Additionally, we designed the space to be suitable for Airbnb rental, offering a luxurious and exotic hotel-like experience for guests staying there.
Living Room-Luxury meets contemporary
This living room beautifully combined a relaxed vibe with vibrant luxury. The client's preference for dark colors and ivory tones was skillfully matched by incorporating burnt orange chairs with gold silk pillows and intricate beadwork. A sleek and minimal side table was placed between the chairs to avoid bulkiness while maintaining functionality. Taming down the look, a subtle ivory rug and an elegant 48-inch brass drum coffee table added the perfect touch of sophistication to the space, creating an overall stylish and elegant ambiance.

ADA BATHROOM-WHEELCHAIR
The bathroom project catered to the specific needs of the elderly couple, with one member requiring wheelchair accessibility. We extended and enlarged the doors to facilitate easy wheelchair access and created a barrier-free shower area with no doors. Handles and support systems were installed to ensure their safety during bathing. To prevent accidents, slip-free tiles were chosen for the bathroom, and finishes with soothing neutral tones were carefully selected, considering the weakening eyesight of the senior person. The overall goal was to create a comfortable and hazard-free environment that allows the couple to navigate the bathroom with ease.

This project was a seamless blend of traditional and modern farm-style design. We incorporated clean lines, shaker-style cabinets, and under-cabinet lighting to create a transitional theme. Light fixtures were strategically added throughout the house, enhancing the overall ambiance. The transformation included a new butler pantry, revamped pantry area, and upgraded storage solutions. Notable changes involved introducing motion-sensored under-cabinet lights, transitioning from traditional to minimalistic, clean-lined aesthetics.
Living room Art Curated
In this art project, the client desired a printed 3D style of art, and AShah Designs delivered an unexpected surprise. Instead of a printed 3D style of artwork, we curated handmade 3D artworks with a plastered effect on canvas, transforming the entire look and exceeding the client's expectations.

Living Room- Fireplace structure and setup
The living room underwent a complete redesign, transforming an empty space into a cozy and elegant area. Instead of just adding furniture, I suggested creating a feature wall with a fireplace insert and hand-done POPs texture, giving the room a unique touch. We also installed a secret door for future convenience and added niche lights to showcase artwork. Vibrational yet elegant colors like rust orange and gold were chosen, complementing the big L-shaped linen couch and a 48-inch diameter brass coffee table. A 40-inch chandelier tied everything together, resulting in a dreamy, magazine-perfect living room for the clients.
Kitchen- Butler pantry Remodeling
The butler pantry underwent a significant transformation, with changes including converting lower cabinets to drawer-based ones, adding a new backsplash that extended to the horizon, and installing new countertops and cabinets above. Additionally, a stylish New York loft-style sliding door was added, allowing easy access from the butler pantry to the piano room, sitting area, and family room, enhancing openness and modern aesthetics. The redesigned pantry not only serves its original purpose but also provides a seamless and airy connection for the entire family to enjoy.

Guest Bathroom makeover
We transformed bath tube into a standing shower with all upgraded shower & vanity fixture, lights at the niche, ceiling, and vanity and modern mirror just got it completely back to life. We also took special efforts to match the tile veins and linear drainage to keep the symmetry of using everything squared.

We've curated a striking design with beautiful black and gold industrial luxury chairs, perfectly matching the island’s brass finish and enhancing the white and black theme in the kitchen. The result is a captivating and masculine atmosphere that will surely impress our clients.

Sophisticated Luxurious Setup
We designed a fireplace box and ladder shelf to enhance the luxurious look of the Airbnb, aiming for a hotel-style vibe. To achieve this, we added a faux wall that extended by 10 inches to fit in the television and fireplace insert, making the most of the limited space in the small and narrow living area.

"Chic Olive Green Elegance: A Sofa with Brass Flourish"
To enhance the beauty of the cream room, a brass and olive green sofa was added as a pop-off color. Despite the client's preference for an all-ivory theme, this addition brought a touch of luxury and elegance to the space. The combination of brass and olive green sofas created a soothing and calming atmosphere, setting the Airbnb apart from competitors in the market. Overall, the decision proved successful in making the space elegant and attractive to potential guests.
